We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruiting Assistant for our Trivandrum Branch to support our talent acquisition efforts and help streamline the hiring process. Job Summary: As an HR Recruiting Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR and recruitment team. You’ll assist with job postings, candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records. Key Responsibilities: Post job openings on job boards, career pages, and social media Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview logistics Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Assist with background checks and onboarding processes Support the HR team with administrative tasks as needed Proficiency in using digital tools and a reliable laptop with a stable internet connection mandatory Qualification: Should completed MBA, specialised in HR Contact the employer_ 7558929559 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Schedule: Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Master's (Required) Experience: Recruiting: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
