Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Education, Management, or related fields
• 13 years of experience in student success, academic operations, or edtech
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Passion for student development
