Responsibilities Edit and produce short-form (social media reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form video content (corporate videos, webinars, interviews). Manage end-to-end editing workflow including trimming, transitions, effects, color correction, and sound balancing. Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging storytelling through visuals. Create motion graphics, text overlays, and animations to enhance video quality. Ensure videos are optimized for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Websites). Manage media assets and maintain an organized project library. Edit event coverage (seminars, conferences, workshops) into engaging highlight reels. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign videos aligned with client goals. Requirements Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required). Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve . Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail. Ability to add subtitles, effects, and transitions. Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading. Familiarity with social media content trends. Strong communication skills and ability to work to deadlines. Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
