Mcway management ltd is looking for Structure Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the safety and stability of structures, such as buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects The Structural Engineer will collaborate with architects, construction teams, and other engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality projects that meet industry standards and regulations Responsibilities:Design and analyze structures to ensure they can withstand external forces and meet safety standards Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations using engineering software and tools Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams to integrate structural designs into overall project plans Review and approve construction plans to ensure they adhere to established design principles and safety regulations Conduct site visits to assess the progress of construction and address any structural concerns that may arise Perform simulations and tests to determine the structural integrity of materials and components Evaluate the environmental impact of structures and propose solutions for sustainable design Keep up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to structural engineering Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and drafters Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus Proven experience as a Structural Engineer in a similar role Proficiency in structural analysis software (e g , SAP000, ETABS) and AutoCAD Strong knowledge of engineering principles, building codes, and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects Professional development and training opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment
