Job Purpose - The Engineer - Structural and Module Manufacturing (Production Department) is responsible for overseeing the fabrication, assembly, and installation of structural elements and modules used in various industrial projects. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering Diploma in Civil / Structural/ Mechanical Engineering Experience Required - 1. 2-15 years of experience in structural engineering, module fabrication, or production environments. 2. Experience with the fabrication and assembly of modular structures for industrial applications Role & responsibilities Supervise and manage the fabrication and assembly of structural components and modules according to production schedules, engineering specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with production teams to ensure the efficient and timely fabrication of structural and modular systems. Oversee the assembly of structural components and the integration of modules, ensuring alignment with design and production requirements. Monitor and manage the production process to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of completed structural components and modules. Troubleshoot any production-related issues, providing technical solutions to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations. Ensure all fabricated structural components and modules are tested and meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards before installation. Supervise and ensure adherence to safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and environmental protocols throughout the production process. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in using production management tools to monitor and track structural fabrication and assembly progress. In-depth knowledge of structural materials, welding techniques, and fabrication methods used in the production of industrial modules. Understanding of stress analysis, load-bearing principles, and structural integrity related to module manufacturing. Familiarity with quality control methods such as Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and stress testing for structural components and modules. Experience with handling large-scale structural elements, lifting operations, and safe assembly techniques in production environments. Familiarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., ASCE, AISC, ISO) related to structural fabrication and module manufacturing. Strong understanding of structural materials, fabrication techniques, and assembly processes.
