Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and SEO audits Implement on-page and technical SEO strategies Build high-quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console Collaborate with content creators to optimize content Track rankings, traffic, and performance metrics Skills & Tools: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, WordPress, GA4 2. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Search, Display, Shopping) Perform A/B testing for ad copy and landing pages Analyze and report on campaign KPIs and ROAS Manage ad budgets across multiple clients Identify new SEM opportunities and trends Skills & Tools: Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets 3. Meta Ads Specialist (Facebook & Instagram Ads) Responsibilities: Strategize and run paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager) Build audience funnels using custom audiences and retargeting Test ad creatives and monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA) Collaborate with content and design teams for creative assets Optimize ad sets for conversions, traffic, and engagement Skills & Tools: Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, GA4, Canva/Creative Briefing 4.
