Strategic Partner Manager, YouTube

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you'll open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions and evaluate/develop business opportunities. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide thought leadership and serve as a mentor to managers and associates. You are comfortable escalating and presenting business development strategies and key issues to senior management. You'll work closely with Google Product, Engineering, Legal and Sales teams on new product initiatives and key strategic relationships that support our online advertising business.

As a Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) on the Scaled Partnerships team at YouTube, you will have an opportunity to create impact and develop long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional collaborations.

We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.

• Manage and grow strong commercial and strategic partnerships, and develop new partnership opportunities.
• Support partners to understand and adopt YouTube products or features to grow their channels and audience.
• Analyze and track metrics to identify trends and highlight issues to ensure performance growth.
• Execute against key distribution and product adoption metrics and recommend improvements internally
• Work with teams across YouTube and cross-functional teams to share partner feedback, resolve business issues and scale opportunities.
