The Role We're seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with hands-on Hedera Hashgraph experience to join our growing team. You'll architect and build scalable blockchain-powered applications, working across the entire technology stack from smart contracts to user interfaces. Key Responsibilities Design and develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks (Next.js, React, Node.js/NestJS) Build and deploy smart contracts and tokenization solutions on Hedera Hashgraph Implement ERC-3643 compliant token standards and regulatory frameworks Develop RESTful APIs and microservices architecture for blockchain integration Design and optimize PostgreSQL/relational database schemas Integrate Hedera SDK and consensus service into web applications Implement wallet connectivity, transaction signing, and blockchain state management Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code with comprehensive testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and technical decisions Stay current with Hedera ecosystem updates and blockchain best practices Required Qualifications ✅ Technical Skills: 3+ years of full-stack development experience Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript Frontend: React, Next.js, modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Material-UI) Backend: Node.js, NestJS or Express.js Database: PostgreSQL, database design and optimization RESTful API design and implementation Git version control and collaborative development workflows ✅ Blockchain Experience: Hands-on experience with Hedera Hashgraph (HCS, HTS, HSCS) Understanding of distributed ledger technology fundamentals Smart contract development (Solidity or similar) Experience with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-3643) Wallet integration (MetaMask, HashPack, Blade) ✅ Professional: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Self-motivated with ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications 🌟 Experience with: Hedera Token Service (HTS) and tokenization projects ERC-3643 compliance and security token standards Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar blockchain libraries State management (Redux, Zustand, Context API) Agile/Scrum development methodologies GraphQL and modern API patterns Include: Resume/CV highlighting blockchain and full-stack experience Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects Brief cover letter explaining your Hedera experience Links to any blockchain projects you've contributed to
