Strapsicle is a fast growing ecommerce business with over 180,000 customers worldwide. We need someone to sit in our team who is solely responsible for optimising and fine-tuning our website. The Role You Will Be Responsible For The Ecommerce Manager will be solely responsible for driving revenue and growth through our Shopify website. This role will focus on day-to-day operations, strategic project management, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in managing Shopify stores, optimizing for conversions, and executing strategies that elevate online sales. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the Shopify store, ensuring it runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Drive revenue growth through strategic project management, including optimizing the user experience and increasing conversion rates. Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track the success of online sales, ensuring continuous growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for product launches, promotions, and online campaigns. Conduct detailed analysis of website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable changes to enhance sales and customer experience. Work closely with content creators and developers to ensure the website is consistently updated and optimized for both user experience and SEO. Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team. Ideal Profile 5-10 years of proven experience in managing and growing Shopify stores, with a strong track record of increasing conversions and sales. Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, and customer service. Expertise in Shopify and Shopify apps, with a deep understanding of platform capabilities and limitations. Strong knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) and analytical tool Google Analytics, Adwords to track and optimize website performance. Experience with website optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Proven experience in seamlessly integrating a wide range of third-party apps and tools with Shopify to enhance store functionality, including payment gateways, inventory management, analytics, and marketing tools. Expertise in customizing Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to tailor the appearance and functionality of the store to meet specific business needs and create a unique, branded experience. Coordinate production across three factories, including POs, samples, barcodes, carton specs, labeling, and QC sign-off. Manage shipments from factories to multiple warehouses and Amazon sites, including FBA and FBM. Handle shipment creation, cartonization, booking, and delivery appointments. Oversee 3PL providers across countries. Track SLAs, receiving times, pick accuracy, and delivery performance. Manage freight door-to-door. Compare sea, air, express, and hybrid options while optimizing for speed and cost. Handle all documentation, customs, and duties. Maintain clean SKU data, ensuring accuracy across Shopify, Amazon, Inventory Planner, and 3PL systems. Ensure Amazon readiness by maintaining FNSKU labels, carton prep standards, hazmat checks, and IPI health. Create and improve SOPs, dashboards, and weekly reports that highlight stock health, landed costs, and operational performance. Collaborate with Marketing on demand planning, with Finance on landed costs and margins, and with Customer Service on replacements and returns. Continuously improve lead times, costs, and service levels through process optimization. Oversee all wholesale distribution, providing backend support, processing orders on time and maintaining stock levels. Ideal Profile Minimum 3 years owning operations for a physical product brand with 100+ SKUs and multi-site warehousing. Proven experience shipping from multiple factories in Asia to international warehouses and Amazon FBA. Hands-on with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and an inventory/ERP system (e.g., Inventory Planner, Cin7, Dear, NetSuite, Skubana). Direct management of 3PLs, freight forwarders, and Amazon shipment plans. Data-driven approach using metrics like OTIF, fill rate, weeks of cover, stock turns, IPI, and landed costs.
