Key Skills:Responsible for matching the warehouse supply with client demand by bringing on board new warehouses across the country and to expand the supply funnel through various programs and referral initiativesDeepening the relationship with existing Supply/Warehouse Owners, Developers, Builders etc.Understanding the Customer Requirement based upon volumes, nature of goods and duration of storage demand and ramping up supply of warehouses accordingly.Negotiating the price and other commercial terms with Large/Medium/Small warehouse owners and On-boarding them in line with company policy.Daily Interaction with Supply/Warehouse owners for expanding the network and to ensure smooth running of existing warehouse assets Handling Escalation from Customers & Warehouse owners with regards to storage, pilferage, breakage and other issues.Coordinating with sales/demand/customers and with operations team to ensure customer delight across the value chain.Handling site visits and pitch to the demand and supply side to drive the requirement to the closure.Professional Attributes:- Preferred experience in IPCs (International Property Consultancies) or Indian hospitality chain companies, direct involvement with end customers & Property owners. Role: This position is responsible for overall functions of the Warehouse - Receiving, Put away, Packing, Dispatch, Inventory, Documentation, Customer Service, EHS, HR and Administration. The position will work closely with the Customers for timely settlement of issues to ensure zero-line stoppage, achieve 100% on time delivery and Inventory accuracy. This position will also be responsible for conducting periodic stock-counts as per the norms off the Customer and update the Senior Management team and the Customer through structured reports. Responsibilities: 1. Review and monitoring the Overall warehousing Operational performance and ensure customer's KPIs are consistently achieved or met. 2. Ensure timely actions on Customer queries. 3. Ensure periodic Stock-counts and report its outcome with countermeasures for the differences. 4. Maintain 100% Inventory accuracy. 5. Handle other day to day issues in Manpower, IT, EHS, CS and other exigencies with the support of HODs and ensure smooth operations at site. 6. Generate Report to the Senior Management team and to the Customer. 7. Representing the Management in monthly and periodical operational reviews Required Candidate profile: · Skill - Retails / ecommerce / Consumer background, exp in warehousing ops, understanding of different working in logistic (inbound, outbound, dispatch, retunes) good communication, Excel knowledge. · Good team leader, dynamic, self -driven & go-getter with good communication & presentation skills. · Strong computer skills: Word, Excel and Power Point · Excellent Communication Skills and presentable · Able to manage Big Warehouse · All Inward and Outward Activities · Team Management like supervisors and · Customer Relation · Warehouse &Transportation Management, WMS Management etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,877.89 - ₹47,416.31 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
