- Track and reconcile stock levels for building materials, tools, hardware, and supplies.
- Oversee material receipts, quality checks, and logs against delivery notes.

- Build and maintain relationships with wholesale suppliers and distributors.
- Place purchase orders, handle logistics, and negotiate pricing or delivery schedules.

- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate store or yard employees.
- Assign daily duties and monitor team performance to meet operational targets.

- Support project managers, and do-it-yourself (DIY) customers with material selections and orders.

- Manage point-of-sale (POS) cash registers, daily reconciliations, and bank deposits.
