As we expand our outlet network across India, we are looking for experienced and energetic Senior Store Associates who can deliver excellent customer service, support daily store operations and help maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and sales performance.

Role Overview

The Senior Store Associate will play an important role in the smooth functioning of the outlet. In addition to serving customers, this person will guide Store Associates, support shift operations, monitor product availability, encourage sales and ensure that company standards are consistently followed.

We are looking for candidates who have worked in established QSR chains, cafés, coffee shops or organised food retail outlets and are ready to take on greater responsibility.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Experience

• Ensure customers receive friendly, prompt and professional service.
• Help customers choose products by explaining flavours, ingredients and available options.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and resolve issues within authorised limits.
• Ensure the team maintains consistent service standards, including during peak hours.
• Collect customer feedback and share improvement opportunities with the Store Manager.

2. Sales and Business Performance

• Support the outlet in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Encourage the team to recommend suitable add-ons, toppings, sundaes, cakes and other products.
• Ensure approved promotions and offers are communicated correctly.
• Monitor product demand and communicate popular products, slow-moving items and customer preferences.
• Support initiatives to improve average bill value, repeat visits and customer satisfaction.

3. Daily Store Operations

• Support opening and closing activities as per the approved checklist.
• Ensure counters, displays, equipment and customer areas are clean and ready for service.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Support inventory counts, stock records and wastage monitoring.
• Ensure POS billing, cash handling and shift handovers are completed accurately.
• Report equipment problems, stock shortages and operational issues promptly.

4. Product Quality and Food Safety

• Ensure products are served according to approved recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
• Follow prescribed temperature-control, storage, cleaning and food-handling procedures.
• Ensure team members follow hygiene and allergen-handling instructions.
• Check product presentation and quality before serving.
• Immediately report any product-quality or food-safety concern and follow the required corrective process.

5. Team Support and Guidance

• Guide and support Store Associates during daily operations.
• Help new employees learn product knowledge, billing, service procedures and hygiene practices.
• Allocate routine tasks during shifts as directed by the Store Manager.
• Monitor task completion and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage teamwork, punctuality and accountability.
• Escalate staffing gaps, performance concerns and training needs to the Store Manager.

6. Reporting and Accountability

• Maintain accurate shift handover, stock, wastage and operational records.
• Support daily sales reconciliation and cash-handling procedures.
• Communicate sales, inventory and customer-service issues to the Store Manager.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures and approved escalation processes.
• Suggest practical improvements to reduce errors, improve service and control costs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass;
• Languages : Tamil / Hindi & English preferable

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
