STORE & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Trove is looking for an organised, hands-on Store & Operations Manager to manage inventory, dispatches and daily production flow across our swimwear and resortwear collections.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inventory of finished garments, fabrics, trims and packaging materials.

* Maintain accurate stock records by SKU, size, colour and location, with regular physical stock checks.

* Handle Shopify, marketplace and boutique dispatches, ensuring correct products, quality checks, packing and timely handover to couriers.

* Track deliveries, returns and exchanges, and reconcile stock movements.

* Prepare daily work orders and coordinate with the master, tailors and vendors to meet production deadlines.

* Track each order from raw material availability through cutting, stitching, finishing and dispatch.

* Prioritise customer orders, custom orders and stock replenishment with the team.

* Flag shortages, production delays and quality issues promptly.

* Keep the store, stockroom and dispatch area organised.

* Share a daily update on production progress, pending orders, dispatches and stock requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

* Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion operations, inventory, dispatches or production coordination.

* Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets; Shopify and marketplace experience preferred.

* Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail and clear communication.

* Able to take ownership and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-moving team.

* Knowledge of garment production is an advantage.
