Store Manager - Luxury Retail

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience & Engagement

● Deliver personalized, premium service through tailored recommendations and proactive customer engagement.

● Build lasting relationships, handle customer concerns, and drive customer satisfaction. 2. Sales & Business Development

● Own store sales targets, revenue, and overall performance.

● Convert walk-ins and leads into sales while driving upselling, repeat purchases, and referrals.

● Manage follow-ups and track sales performance.

3. Brand Representation & Clienteling

● Represent Three Sixty Leather’s brand, craftsmanship, and product quality through compelling storytelling.

● Maintain premium visual merchandising and store ambience.

● Build a strong customer database and nurture relationships with premium customers, designers, and architects.

4. Store Operations & Team Management

● Oversee daily operations, inventory, billing, staffing, and order fulfilment.

● Maintain impeccable store standards and ensure seamless after-sales service.

● Train the team on product knowledge, customer engagement, and luxury service standards. Ideal Candidate

● 5–8 years of experience in retail, preferably with at least 3 years in luxury or premium retail, lifestyle, leather goods, furniture, home décor, jewellery, fashion, or hospitality.

● Prior experience managing a premium store, boutique, showroom, or experience centre, with responsibility for sales and customer experience.

● Exceptionally polished, well-groomed, articulate, and confident in communicating with affluent and discerning customers.

● Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal skills; Hindi fluency is preferred.

● A natural ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and deliver personalised service.

● Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.

● An appreciation for design, craftsmanship, materials, and premium lifestyle products.

● Comfortable using POS systems, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and customer databases.

● Self-driven, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of independently managing a flagship retail environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
