Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of a Store In-Charge

    • Manage daily store operations and staff activities.
    • Maintain inventory levels and stock accuracy.
    • Monitor goods receiving, storage, and dispatch.
    • Ensure proper stock arrangement and product availability.
    • Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
    • Maintain records of inward and outward stock.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and warehouse teams.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.
    • Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues.
    • Prepare daily reports on stock, sales, and store performance.
    • Minimize stock loss, damage, and wastage.
    • Supervise staff attendance, productivity, and task allocation.
