Store Incharge / Site Store Manager

Material Receipt & Inspection:

• Inventory & Stock Management:

  Maintain accurate digital and physical records of inward and outward stock using ERP or SAP MM modules.

• Storage & Stacking:

  Implement systematic yard management, ensuring proper stacking, tagging, and climate/weather protection for sensitive or perishable construction supplies.

• Material Issuance:

  Issue construction materials and engineering spares exclusively against approved requisitions and indents, applying FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods.

• Reconciliation & Reporting:

  Conduct routine physical stock verification and generate daily/monthly consumption, surplus, and discrepancy reports.

• Safety & Compliance:

  Enforce site safety rules (EHS/5S standards), proper PPE usage, and secure handling protocols within the warehouse and open stockyards.
