About Marvellous

Marvellous is an EPC company working in innovation, design, development, R&D, procurement, manufacturing, supply, erection, commissioning, O&M & complete lifecycle of RE technology this position will have significant role in taking projects from development stage through successful commissioning.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement and purchasing activities for engineering and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and vendor records.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, negotiations, delivery schedules, and documentation.
• Compare vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
• Follow up with vendors regarding material dispatch, delivery status, and invoices.
• Maintain procurement databases, purchase records, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Stores, and Project Teams for smooth material procurement.
• Support vendor registration, onboarding, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in market research for identifying new suppliers and cost-effective procurement solutions.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials required for ongoing projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com, BBA, MBA (Operations/Supply Chain), BA, B.Sc., or equivalent qualification.
• Understanding of procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
