Store Executive – Inward & Outward (EMS / OEM / ODM)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inward receipt, verification, GRN, and inspection coordination.
• Manage outward issues to production and customer dispatches.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure material traceability.
• Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward.
• Conduct stock audits and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and 5S standards.

Job Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience in store/inventory management.
• Mandatory experience in EMS, OEM, or ODM environment.
• Knowledge of electronic components and BOM handling.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
