We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate to manage our store and deliver a delightful shopping experience to our customers. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Service: • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store. • Provide styling advice and recommendations based on customers’ preferences. • Handle customer queries with professionalism and a positive attitude. • Store Management: • Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout. • Ensure all merchandise is neatly displayed and fully stocked. • Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages. • Sales & Targets: • Drive sales by showcasing product features and promoting special offers. • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue. • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. • Billing & Payments: • Handle cash transactions accurately. • Maintain proper records of daily sales and receipts. • Cleanliness & Maintenance: • Ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
