Store Assistant

Position: Store Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain proper records of all

  incoming and outgoing materials

  .
• Prepare and update

  Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)

  and stock entries.
• Enter purchase, sales, and material transactions in

  Tally

  .
• Maintain accurate

  stock and inventory records

  .
• Check and verify quantities received against Purchase Orders and delivery challans.
• Prepare material issue slips and maintain records of materials issued to production or other departments.
• Coordinate with the

  Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Stores departments

  .
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, challans, GRNs, and other store-related documents.
• Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels and informing the concerned department about material shortages.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in the store.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of

  Tally ERP / Tally Prime

  .
• Knowledge of

  inventory and stock management

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  MS Excel and computer operations

  .
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or a relevant field.
• Experience in

  stores, inventory, or Tally operations

  will be preferred.
