Position:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day

  Store accounting and SAP transactions

  .
• Handle

  MIGO, MIRO, GRN and invoice processing

  .
• Verify

  PO, GRN, invoices and supporting documents

  .
• Maintain

  stock records and physical vs. SAP reconciliation

  .
• Handle vendor reconciliation and Store documentation.
• Prepare

  MIS and reconciliation reports

  .
• Identify and resolve stock, invoice and SAP discrepancies.
• Support

  audit and month-end closing

  activities.
• Coordinate with

  Store, Finance, Procurement and Operations teams

  .

Required Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of

  SAP, MIGO & MIRO

  .
• Good understanding of

  GRN and Inventory Reconciliation

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  .
• Strong accounting and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
