Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Stock Market Executive with sound knowledge of both Indian and international financial markets. The ideal candidate must have practical exposure to domestic and international market instruments, an understanding of market movements, and the ability to communicate financial market concepts clearly to prospective clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, contacting prospective clients, conducting follow-ups, converting qualified leads into business, and supporting the Company's financial market training initiatives. Experience in both Indian and international financial markets is a mandatory requirement for this position. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Market Knowledge - Demonstrate practical knowledge of the Indian stock market and international financial markets. - Understand market instruments, trading concepts, price movements, and market trends. - Possess knowledge of relevant financial instruments, including equities, indices, commodities, and currency markets. - Explain financial market concepts and trading fundamentals clearly to prospective clients and learners. - Keep up to date with market developments and relevant financial news. 2. Lead Generation and Business Development - Identify and generate potential business leads through calls, networking, referrals, and other approved channels. - Contact prospective clients and explain the Company's financial market training programmes and services. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services offered by the Company. - Follow up with interested prospects and convert qualified leads into business. - Work towards achieving the business targets assigned by the Management. - Maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients. 3. Client Meetings and Relationship Management - Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients whenever required. - Present the Company's services professionally and address client queries. - Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the business development process. - Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for further business. 4. Financial Market Training and Education - Assist in delivering training sessions on Indian and international financial markets, subject to the Company's requirements. - Explain basic and intermediate trading concepts to learners in a simple and structured manner. - Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, and learning resources. - Conduct online or offline training sessions as assigned by the Management. - Help learners understand market terminology, trading mechanisms, and risk management principles. 5. Reporting and Performance Monitoring - Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, meetings, conversions, and business development activities. - Submit daily and periodic performance reports to the Reporting Manager. - Monitor the progress of assigned targets and take appropriate steps to improve conversions. - Follow the Company's reporting procedures, attendance requirements, and internal policies. Mandatory Qualifications and Experience - Prior professional experience in both Indian and international financial markets is compulsory. - Good understanding of domestic and international market instruments and trading concepts. - Practical knowledge of financial market operations and market terminology. - Experience in lead generation, client handling, sales, business development, or financial services will be an advantage. - Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to clients and learners. - Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using computers, spreadsheets, email, and online communication platforms. Candidates without experience in both domestic and international financial markets may not be considered for this position. Work Location Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The candidate may be required to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and training assignments as directed by the Management. Compensation Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience, financial market knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability for the position.
