We are Looking for an Stitching Operator Trainer. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Create and teach training programs for stitching operators. 2. Identify what trainees need to learn and create personalized plans. 3. Show trainees how to use stitching machines and techniques through hands-on practice. 4. Check trainees' progress, give feedback, and help them improve. 5. Make sure trainees meet the project's quality and productivity requirements. 6. Work with project managers to create training materials and plans. 7. Keep accurate records of training and progress. 8. Follow the project's rules and guidelines. 9. Adjust training programs to meet project deadlines and goals. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Teaching: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
