JOB Title: Lead SRM Digitalization JOB LOCATION: Lagos-Nigeria REPORTING To: Head-Digitalization KEY RESPONSBILITIES: The Head of SRM Digitalization is responsible for transforming the supplier relationship management (SRM) function through the implementation of digital tools, analytics, and automation. This role leads the digitalization of procurement processes and supplier collaboration platforms, ensuring better visibility, performance management, risk mitigation, and strategic supplier engagement. Define and execute a digital SRM transformation roadmap aligned with procurement and enterprise strategies. Identify and implement digital tools, platforms, and frameworks for supplier engagement, analytics, and performance monitoring. Drive the adoption of cloud-based SRM tools (e.g., SAP, Ivalua). Lead initiatives to automate supplier onboarding, performance evaluations, risk scoring, and compliance tracking. Streamline end-to-end SRM workflows including contract lifecycle management, supplier collaboration, and innovation pipelines. Integrate SRM tools with ERP, procurement, risk, and ESG platforms. Implement digital supplier portals and collaboration hubs to improve communication, feedback, and joint development. Enhance supplier self-service capabilities and transparency via digital platforms. Improve supplier experience through simplified, tech-enabled interactions. Establish digital governance models for supplier data security, compliance (ESG, regulatory), and master data management. Monitor real-time supplier risk indicators using digital tools and third-party data feeds. Lead digital adoption across procurement and supply chain functions. Train teams and suppliers on SRM platforms, tools, and digital best practices. Champion a culture of innovation and digital fluency within the SRM organization. TECHNICAL SKILLS: Strong experience with SRM tools such as SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Coupa, or Oracle Procurement Cloud. Knowledge of data architecture, APIs, master data management, and supplier risk tools. Understanding of ESG, compliance, and supplier innovation frameworks. QUALIFICATION: MBA/MCA/BTech/BE/CA or equivalent.
