Terrible Terrible experience at 1st floor OPD- Manager Nevil Jadhav, Receptionist- Hetal, Nurse Aasha are the people who should be replaced with AI. Had to wait for 2 hrs for single consultation even after appointment. MD should look into user experience before he loses to competition due to pathetic staff.

Terrible co-ordination. Worst hospital for OPD- we have been waiting for 1.5hrs to be seen by doctor. Don’t go to sterling opd if you don’t want to waste time. OPD staff on 1st floor is terrible, it sends patients in based on its whims and fancies. Terrible terrible service.
