You are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to join the team at STEPUP. You should be passionate about early childhood education and capable of creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Qualifications required for this position include strong communication skills in English, a patient, cheerful, and child-friendly personality, and the ability to integrate crafts, music, and movement into lessons. Candidates with a diploma in Early Childhood Education/Montessori training will be given preference. Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply. This is a full-time, permanent position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday. The preferred educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in English and Tamil languages is also preferred.
