Very poor service. I had booked for a RTPCR test but could not go because i was unwell. I informed them and also sent mail regarding my refund it has been more than 12 days . Nobody bothers to either call or reply to mails and no refund

Beware! They are fraud. Don't expect them to fulfill any of the service they promise. Its surprising to see Indigo partner with them. Pure scam! I lost my hard earn 1700rs here.

They have amazing customer service. I book an RT-PCR test through them and it was as smooth as butter. Totally hassle free and up to the mark.

If an option of giving 0 was there, would have rated them 0. Money deducted for 3 of my family members. nobody turned up to take the test as per the schedule. Customer care just puts on music ... My travel is in jeopardy due to this.

Amazing Place to work but with wrong people, even they can Physically assault you with little bit professionals. Harassments is normal, even HR are legally control them, and wow Security Head is best in this, he can put hands on you too with the power, they don't have heart. If you are new ready for punishment for nothing
