I am surprised to see 5 start reviews by their employee itself.This builder is cheat never invest your precious money in his projects.Management is dumb once they will take money you have to follow them hard to get work done.Poor construction as compared to other builders. A resident@stellar

Lobby is nice, good place to sit and chill. A lot of good restaurants in the lobby. You can sit for hours and nobody gives a damn.

Worse among all the builders. Till now registry not for my flats and quality of the material is bad. Registry will be done for sure but not happy with construction.

Good office space, good security parking space is also enough, for banking there are 3 banks there icici hdfc and BOB. Shopping and party lounge are also there.

It's a corporate house of Stellar Group if Company, where they sold property developed by them. The staff is just good. They try to avoid their customers directly.

I'm owner of one of the flats in Stellar One. After selling the flat there is almost no support from the staffs. You need to follow up for every small things. They are done once their work is done(selling the flat).

Very bad experience with this builder.The projects are badly built and they are even selling without competency certificates.I have the proof of it.Kindly check well about construction quality ask them to show what material they have used at least you are investing lacks on it.Not satdisfactory
