Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sholinganallur for a Human Resources Lead. The Human Resources Lead will be responsible for overseeing HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. The role includes recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits Strong skills in Personnel Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience with HR software and tools is a plus Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
