Statutory Approvals & Compliance

The role is responsible for managing and expediting all statutory approvals, licenses, and regulatory compliances required for setting up and operating CNG, CBG, LNG, Convenience Stores, MDUs, QLC, Solar, and other augmentation facilities across Retail Outlets. The incumbent will coordinate with internal stakeholders, state teams, consultants, regulatory authorities, and PESO offices to ensure timely approvals, adherence to compliance requirements, and smooth project execution within defined timelines.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, monitoring approval progress, resolving regulatory hurdles, ensuring zero compliance deviations, driving statutory clearances, maintaining MIS reporting, and coordinating timely payments to agencies involved in obtaining approvals. The role demands strong problem-solving, project management, regulatory coordination, and communication skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• BE/B.Tech with 3+ years of experience in CGD (City Gas Distribution) industry.
• Experience in Business Development, Network Development, Channel Management, or Statutory Compliance activities.
• Strong exposure to regulatory authorities, licensing processes, stakeholder management, and project execution.
• MBA (Marketing) and prior experience in statutory/regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.
