Job Title: GEM/Tender Executive Location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a GEM/Tender Executive located in Vasant Kunj. The Tender Executive will be responsible for preparing and submitting tender documents, conducting market research, analyzing tender requirements, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Daily tasks include managing tender proposals, coordinating with internal teams, liaising with clients and suppliers, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role involves tracking tender deadlines, ensuring timely submissions, and handling any modifications or clarifications related to tender documents. Qualifications: Strong knowledge in participating in IT Hardware & Software Tenders for products like Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Networking, Cloud Backup, NAS, Microsoft, Adobe, Firewalls, etc. Experience in preparing and submitting tender documents, and conducting market research Strong analytical skills to analyze tender requirements and ensure compliance Excellent coordination and communication skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, and suppliers Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Proficient in maintaining accurate records and handling modifications or clarifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field Experience in a similar role is mandatory.
