Job Brief We are looking for competitive and trustworthy State Manager, District Manager and Block Manager to help us build up our business activities across India.   Job Responsibilities:   State Manager: Ø Conducting market research to identify vendors of different categories and registration across the state and evaluate customer’s needs. Ø Actively seeking out new vendors in the state through cold calling, social media and field visit. Ø To achieved the revenue target of the state. Ø Mobilized the Districts managers to achieved the revenue target. Ø Remuneration: Rs 30000 to Rs 40000/ per month with 10% incentive. Ø Conveyance allowance will be provided on actual basis as decided by the company.   District Manager: Ø Conducting market research to identify vendors of different categories and registration across the District and evaluate customer’s needs. Ø Actively seeking out new vendors in the state through cold calling, social media and field visit. Ø To achieved the revenue target of the District. Ø Remuneration: Rs 25000 to Rs 30000/ per month with 10% incentive. Ø Conveyance allowance will be provided on actual basis as decided by the company.   Block Manager: Ø Conducting market research to identify vendors of different categories and registration across the Block and evaluate customer’s needs. Ø Actively seeking out new vendors in the state through cold calling, social media and field visit. Ø To achieved the revenue target of the Block. Ø Remuneration: Rs 20000 to Rs 25000/ per month with 10% incentive. Ø Conveyance allowance will be provided on actual basis as decided by the company.
