Job Description

  • Candidate should have worked with Consumer Durable industries (Electrical Gadgets) with premium brands in the past.
  • The person should have stayed in one of the last two companies for at least 2 years.
  • Handling dealers & distributors
  • Expected to be open to traveling for 10-12 days in a month.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Handle current market and establish new markets.
  • Monitoring sales team performance and monitoring daily sales, off take, complaints and likewise.
  • Good communication skills (Must be able to speak, write, read local language, English & Hindi).
  • Required to achieve market share of 8-10% in the first year of joining
