JOB DESCRIPTION Startup Manager Department: Business / Strategy Job Type: Full-Time Location: As per company requirements About the Role We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Startup Manager to oversee startup operations, drive business growth, coordinate strategic initiatives, and support the development and execution of business plans. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with an understanding of the startup ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day startup operations and ensure smooth execution of business activities. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and achieve organizational goals. ¢ Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential revenue streams. ¢ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends. ¢ Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute strategic projects. ¢ Monitor business performance, prepare reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs). ¢ Support business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. ¢ Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, clients, and strategic partners. ¢ Identify operational challenges and recommend effective solutions. Required Qualifications ¢ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. ¢ Prior experience in startup operations, business management, strategy, or project management is preferred. ¢ Strong understanding of business operations and the startup ecosystem. ¢ Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. ¢ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. ¢ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
