Accounts Manager – Insurance Operations 📍 Location: Vapi (Head Office) 🏢 Industry: Insurance / Financial Services 🕒 Experience: 4–6 years We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations for insurance business activities. The role involves premium accounting, commission reconciliation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, while closely coordinating with operations, sales, and management. ⭕ Key Responsibilities Manage premium collections, refunds, commissions, and insurer reconciliations Maintain daily accounting entries (receipts, payments, invoices, journals) Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings Prepare MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and monthly financial statements Oversee vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense control Support audits, internal controls, and IRDAI/MCA-related compliances Coordinate with CA, management, and internal teams for accurate reporting Eligibility B.Com (MBA/PGDM preferred) 4–6 years of accounting experience in insurance or financial services Strong knowledge of insurance accounting, GST, TDS, and compliance Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Zoho Books High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and confidentiality Why Join.
