About the Job The L2 Network Administrator manages and supports the Bank’s Cisco Meraki Network infrastructure, ensuring security, high availability, and compliance. This includes Meraki AP, Meraki Switch, Meraki Firewall. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day monitoring and basic troubleshooting of Meraki network devices (MX, MR, MS) Support and maintain Wi-Fi connectivity for users across locations Assist in managing switch ports, VLAN assignments, and basic network changes Coordinate with senior engineers for escalations and configuration changes Maintain documentation of network setups and issue resolutions Provide user support for network-related issues Skill Requirements: Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki Dashboard Basic understanding of Wi-Fi troubleshooting Familiar with Layer 2 concepts – VLANs, trunk/access ports, port security Ability to follow SOPs and coordinate with L3 teams when needed Good communication and problem-solving skills Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field. 2 + years in network administration Soft Skills & Environment: Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
