Service and atmosphere are good. The coffee tastes really bad and bland. It's too sweet to even call it coffee. I've had better coffee at smaller eateries. The filter coffee was especially like drinking molten coffee candy. Yuckbucks!!

I felt energized by the staff's smile. The American coffee was espresso diluted with hot water and was not the quality I expected. Nothing makes me happier than having them brew drip coffee in this city.

The Starbucks is mostly about the hype and just to take some photos to add to Instagram and Snapchat. If you want to enjoy some good coffee and anything it would be better to visit any other cafe than starbucks as the coffee prices are too pricey and everything is just due to the hype it created internationally.

The order line is funny, it goes anti clockwise and the steps are on the right they should have planned better. when the crowd is less it’s ok but rush hour will be chaotic. The seating is in the first floor so pregnant women and differently abled cannot experience that view. Overall nice staff , courteous and friendly.

My go-to place for coffee in Vizag. Starbucks ensures quality of seeds when brewing coffee. I'd recommend cold coffee or Java Chip frappuccino for the first-timers visiting this store.
