This place in Gomtinagar does not do justice to the brand not it's promoter. Order cappuccino and they sent a flat coffee with residue of the beans at the end. The CS lacks the ability to handle complaint calls!

Went to meet a Twitter friend who happened to be in the same place at the time.
Though I got my black coffee, he didn't get his mocha and had to settle for something else.

Tried their coffee and frappe , i did not like it personally, the taste was not anything great , and it was not worth the money , nothing extraordinary, the caramel frappe was too icy , they should improve their coffee as the amount taken is much more than the product we received which do not justify the cost!
