We’re looking for a passionate and talented Associate Unity Game Developer to join our team in Kochi. This role is ideal for candidates who are excited about both game development and mentoring fresh talent . You will work on internal projects and also help guide and train our game development interns. Key Responsibilities: Develop 2D and 3D games using the Unity engine. Collaborate with other developers, designers, and artists on game prototypes and production. Provide hands-on training and support to interns and junior trainees. Assist in project planning, task breakdown, and reviews. Maintain a positive, learning-driven atmosphere within the training sessions. Contribute to a studio culture built on innovation, learning, and collaboration. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong portfolio showcasing completed 2D and 3D games or prototypes in Unity. Solid understanding of Unity game engine, C#, physics, animation, and UI systems. Passion for mentoring and guiding beginners in the field. Team-oriented with a leadership mindset. Willingness to work full-time from our Kochi office . Kerala-based candidates only (or willing to relocate to Kochi). Preferred: Previous experience in game development internships or freelance projects. Familiarity with mobile game development and optimization. Basic knowledge of version control tools like Git.
