Roles and Responsibilities Machinery and Spare Parts Management Prepare and regularly update the List of Machinery and List of Critical Spares . Ensure critical spare parts are available to avoid unplanned downtime. Preventive Maintenance Activities Inspect machines according to the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedule . Initiate and execute timely preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Fill and maintain daily PM checklists and Autonomous Maintenance Check Sheets . Breakdown Maintenance Attend to faults and breakdown complaints received from concerned departments. Repair machines and restore normal operations as quickly as possible. Communicate breakdown details and actions taken to the Maintenance Manager. Take prompt corrective action to avoid repeated issues. Documentation and Reporting Maintain machine history records in accordance with system guidelines. Prepare Maintenance Repair Orders (MROs) and ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance activities.
