Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Nasik. The Operations Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities, ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include staff management, process improvement, coordination with cross-functional teams, performance monitoring, and ensuring the smooth functioning of operational workflows within the organization. Qualifications Operational Management: Proven ability to oversee and optimize processes, manage resources, and ensure operational efficiency. Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership qualities to effectively manage and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals. Compliance and Risk Management: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure compliance. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions. Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Ability to convey ideas clearly and manage multiple priorities effectively. Expertise in the housing finance/banking sector is preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is highly desirable. Proficiency in relevant software tools and a demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
