Role & responsibilities Manage daily pharmacy operations including dispensing, patient interaction, and stock management. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of medicines and healthcare products. Place purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers/vendors to ensure uninterrupted stock availability. Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and offers. Ensure accurate billing and smooth functioning of pharmacy management software. Provide professional guidance and counseling to patients regarding prescribed medications. Uphold all pharmacy compliance requirements and maintain records as per regulatory standards. Preferred candidate profile Registered Pharmacist with the Telangana State Pharmacy Council (preferred, though candidates awaiting registration or different state registration may also apply). Prior experience in retail pharmacy is required; experience in hospital pharmacy will be an added advantage. Proficiency in pharmacy management software and digital billing systems. Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement practices. Excellent communication and patient-handling skills. Ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships. Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to high standards of patient care.
