STC Lab is dedicated to delivering precise results and setting benchmarks in quality and compliance testing. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a UAV Engineer based in Faridabad. The UAV Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing UAV platforms and related technologies. Daily tasks will include research and development, system integration, troubleshooting UAV systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve performance, efficiency, and safety standards of UAV designs. Qualifications Proficiency in UAV design, development, and testing Strong knowledge of engineering principles related to electronics, aerodynamics, and robotics Experience with system integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of UAVs Capability in performing research, data analysis, and problem-solving for UAV enhancements Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance specific to UAVs Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaborating across cross-functional teams Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, or a related field Experience with software development and programming for UAV control systems is a plus
