• Improve CTB reporting accuracy, data quality, and standardization across the manufacturing network.

Strategic Production Planning

• Investigate schedule deviations and coordinate corrective actions with manufacturing partners.
• Develop and maintain planning KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Identify trends and root causes affecting plan execution and recommend process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, schedule attainment, and operational performance.

Supplier and Manufacturing Partner Communication

• Serve as the primary planning interface with assigned contract manufacturers and key suppliers.
• Communicate production plans, schedule updates, forecast changes, and recovery actions.
• Facilitate routine planning reviews with manufacturing partners to ensure alignment and execution.
• Escalate risks, constraints, and schedule impacts in a timely manner.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners to improve responsiveness and performance.

Executive Reporting and Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly executive reporting on production outlook, CTB status, risks, constraints, and mitigation actions.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems and stakeholders into concise management reporting.
• Develop clear visualizations and dashboards that support executive decision-making.
• Present planning updates, key assumptions, recovery strategies, and business impacts to leadership teams.
• Support ad hoc business analysis and executive requests related to production readiness and manufacturing performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• Typically 6-10 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, manufacturing operations, or materials management.
• Experience working within a contract manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of production planning, MRP, demand planning, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
