Lead Strategic Design Initiatives: Define and drive the UX vision across the product suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Advance the Design System: Evolve and scale our enterprise design system to maintain a cohesive and scalable experience across diverse touchpoints. Prototype and Validate: Develop prototypes to test complex AI-driven concepts, gathering actionable feedback to refine product experiences. Drive Innovation: Identify and experiment with emerging design trends, interaction patterns, and AI advancements to create differentiated user experiences. Mentor and Inspire: Provide guidance and leadership to the design team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous learning. Advocate for the User: Champion the needs of enterprise users, ensuring that every design decision is rooted in usefulness and business impact. What We re Looking For 8+ Years of UX/UI Experience: Proven track record designing complex enterprise applications, with experience in AI/ML-driven products being a strong advantage. Strong Portfolio: A robust design portfolio demonstrating experience in simplifying complex workflows, creating scalable design solutions, and leading high-impact projects with positive results for users and businesses. Strategic Thinking and Execution: Ability to connect user needs with business goals and translate them into compelling and impactful design strategies. Mastery of Design Tools: Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and other modern design tools, with an in-depth understanding of accessibility and responsive design. Strong Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Systems Approach: Experience with leveraging and evolving design systems to ensure design consistency and efficiency of development. User Research Expertise: Experience in conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and applying them to design decisions that drive business outcomes. AI and Data-Driven Design: A keen interest in AI-driven products, with the ability to design experiences that leverage automation and predictive insights. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience leading design at a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software company. Experience with conversational UI, chatbots, or AI-driven decision support systems.
