Candidate has to have the caliber to guide rightly to the customer the medical related query.

· They may use a script or follow a specific call structure to engage the recipient in a conversation

· Promoting products or services: Tele callers are responsible for promoting and describing the features and benefits of the products or services offered by the company they represent

· They need to have a good understanding of the offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential customers

· Building relationships: Tele callers aim to build a rapport with customers by demonstrating a friendly and professional attitude during phone conversations

· They may answer questions, provide additional information, and address any concerns raised by the customers to establish trust and credibility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
