About the Role

Sr/Staff Forward Deployed AI Engineer (FDE)

Responsibilities

• GenAI & Agentic Architecture:

  Architect and deploy enterprise LLM applications using

  prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph

  ). Define standards for state management, failure recovery, guardrails, and evaluation..

• System Design & Distributed Systems:

  Lead architectural design for high-availability microservices, event-driven systems, and vector retrieval pipelines. Optimize distributed architectures for throughput, latency, concurrency, and reliability.

• Cloud & MLOps Infrastructure:

  Deploy containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes across AWS, GCP, or Azure. Build robust CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and automated scaling for production AI workloads.

• Technical Leadership:

  Collaborate with product, data science, and client teams to turn complex requirements into production solutions. Mentor engineers and communicate system architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 814+ years

  of software engineering experience in backend, platform, or distributed systems.

• 2+ years

  hands-on Generative AI experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic systems.
• Proficiency in orchestration tools like

  LangChain, LangGraph.

• Proven experience building

  scalable, high-throughput distributed systems

  and microservices.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud-native tech stack (

  Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD

  ).
