Staff Engineer, Data Science

You are an experienced professional with 7+ years of total experience, seeking an opportunity to work with Nagarro, a Digital Product Engineering company. You have hands-on working experience in Python and are familiar with data visualization libraries such as matplotlib, seaborn, and plotly. Your strong grasp of DS stack packages including SciPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, and Pandas is commendable. Additionally, you possess basic to intermediate SQL skills and have experience working with GCP. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and reviewing high-quality code. You will be required to understand the clients" business use cases and technical requirements and translate them into technical designs that elegantly meet the specified requirements. Your ability to identify different solutions and select the best option that aligns with the clients" needs will be crucial. Furthermore, you will define guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation. As part of your responsibilities, you will develop and design overall solutions for defined functional and non-functional requirements. You will be expected to review architecture and design aspects such as extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, and user experience, ensuring that relevant best practices are followed. Additionally, you will resolve issues raised during code reviews through systematic analysis of the root cause and carry out POCs to validate suggested designs and technologies. To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across global teams. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
