Staff DevOps / Platform Engineer — Kubernetes & Cloud

Hard Engineering, Real Impact

We deliver innovative and scalable products that drive real impact. You won't be fixing bugs on legacy monolithic systems; you will be architecting the cloud-native infrastructure that powers global enterprises and high-growth unicorns.

The Modern Stack, Uncompromised

Work with cutting-edge technology. Whether engineering our AI-powered Business Intelligence tools or deploying Machine Learning backed Data Analytics solutions, you will operate exclusively with the latest frameworks: Go, Kubernetes, React, Next.js, and Custom LLMs.

Radical Transparency

Transparency is at the core of our business. We foster a culture of absolute openness. We encourage rigorous technical debate, open questions, and strive for an ideal professional environment where the best idea wins — not the highest title.

Architectural Mentorship

Neoscript provides strategic guidance from technical leaders. Our leadership team actively engages with engineers, offering consistent support and a clear pathway from Senior Engineer to Principal Architect.

Flexible Execution

We offer flexible timings so you can code when you are most productive. Ship on your schedule, not a rigid 9-to-5.

Guaranteed Recovery

Comprehensive, planned leave programs to ensure you get necessary time off. Recovery is not optional — it's policy.

Continuous Growth

Incredible growth opportunities and stipends for AWS, GCP certifications, and continuous learning. We invest in your stack.

Elite Peer Network

Work alongside engineers who have shipped at scale. The calibre of your colleagues is the fastest accelerant for your career.

Transparent Compensation

Competitive, market-benchmarked packages with clear levelling frameworks. No negotiation games — just fair, transparent pay.

Ownership & Autonomy

You own your domain. No micro-management, no endless approval chains. Ship fast, iterate faster, and take full credit for your work.
