Role & responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python, Flask , HTML/CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks . Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end interfaces. Work with SQL Server and other DBMS like Sqlite and Postgres to design efficient schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity. Ensure cross-platform optimization, responsiveness, and high performance of applications. Participate in code reviews, write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Handle deployment pipelines and support CI/CD workflows. Apply AI/ML concepts where relevant to business logic or feature enhancements. Work on Linux environments , handling scripting, server configurations, and deployments. Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, suggest technical solutions, and communicate progress effectively. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 0 - 5 years in full-stack development with a focus on Python (Flask/FastAPI) backend along with experience on the frontend. Frontend: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with at least one JS framework (React.js preferred). Backend: Strong understanding of Python frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django. Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL Server , along with familiarity in writing stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization. DevOps & Systems: Familiarity with Linux environments , Docker, and Git-based workflows. AI/ML: Conceptual understanding or practical exposure to AI/ML libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus. Problem-solving: Demonstrates strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Soft Skills: Effective communication with clients/stakeholders and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
